Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day advice and counsel to clients on employment law compliance issues.
• Defend companies in complex employment actions in state and federal court, including wage/hour, discrimination, and pay equity matters.
• Conduct workplace investigations involving the C-suite and perform due diligence on employment law issues in corporate transactions.
• Negotiate executive employment and separation agreements; draft and argue substantive briefs and motions; take and defend depositions.
• Trial experience is preferred but not required.
