Neko Health is redefining prevention and building a US-focused legal function to support labor, employment, and broader commercial work in a fast-growing health-tech environment.

You will lead employment matters across the US, collaborate with operations, engineering, and regulatory teams, and help draft and negotiate critical agreements as the company scales. This role reports to the General Counsel in Sweden and sits within a six-lawyer team across the US and Europe.

Qualificações

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school and active admission to a U.S. State Bar in good standing (New York preferred).
• 8–10 years of relevant legal experience, ideally split between a leading US law firm and an in-house legal team.
• Substantial hands-on experience in labor and employment law, including employee relations and wage/hour compliance.
• Experience partnering with People/HR teams to build scalable employment policies and processes.
• Strong grounding in commercial and corporate law, with a track record of drafting and negotiating complex agreements.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsabilidades

• Labor & Employment: Own labor and employment matters across the US business, including investigations, wage/hour compliance, terminations, and leave issues.
• Legal Advisory: Advise US operations on commercial law, data protection, marketing, IP, and compliance.
• Contract Management: Review and negotiate software/technology and supplier agreements.
• Risk Management: Identify and mitigate legal risk across operations, technology, and healthcare services.
• Compliance: Monitor privacy and healthcare regulations in the US and key markets.
• Corporate Governance: Support risk and compliance policy development and implementation.
