Job summary
Omnea seeks an exceptional mid-level attorney to join its US Legal team as the first on-ground lawyer, reporting to the Head of Legal in London. You will lead commercial negotiations, advise on data privacy and product compliance, and support corporate transactions as Omnea scales in the US.
You’ll own a broad remit, shape how Legal supports US growth, and collaborate with product, engineering, and security to implement AI policies and enterprise-ready standards.
Qualifications
- US attorney licensed and admitted to practice in a US state.
- Experience negotiating and closing complex high-volume SaaS agreements with enterprise clients.
- Proven ability to own relationships and deal strategy independently.
Responsibilities
- Review, draft, and negotiate commercial agreements with enterprise clients (MSAs, SLAs, DPAs).
- Lead US data privacy matters and cross-border transfers.
- Manage high-volume enterprise contract workflows and triage negotiations.
- Develop playbooks for common negotiation scenarios to speed deals.
- Advise on legal and compliance for product features, AI, and data handling.
- Support corporate and strategic projects including fundraising and international expansion.
