Cohere Health is seeking a Commercial Counsel to support its Growth team and lead the commercial lifecycle—from drafting and negotiating contracts to advising on risk and governance. The role collaborates with Legal, Finance, Product, Sales and other stakeholders under the Deputy General Counsel and General Counsel.

A strong background in technology contracts and healthcare regulations is preferred. You will help scale commercial processes, craft templates, and contribute to international

Qualificações

• J.D. from an accredited law school, active bar in good standing.
• 3–5 years corporate legal experience, including health tech exposure a plus.
• Strong contract drafting and negotiation experience in tech.
• Ability to balance risk with business objectives and provide practical guidance.
• Experience working cross-functionally with product, sales, finance and operations.

Responsabilidades

• Provide transactional and commercial counsel for product offerings to insurer customers and partners.
• Draft, review, negotiate a wide range of agreements including customer contracts, partnerships, licenses, NDAs, and SaaS agreements.
• Build and maintain commercial contract templates, playbooks, and processes to improve efficiency and risk management.
• Partner with Sales, Product, Operations, HR to provide practical legal guidance to accelerate business objectives.
• Advise on AI/data usage and governance related to company products.
• Identify and address legal risks as the business scales internationally.
