Job summary

Ancora Education in Raleigh, NC seeks an Employer Relations Specialist-MMC to develop and manage employer relationships, secure internships and job leads for students and graduates, and maintain records in CampusVue. Travel up to 70% is required.

You will build partnerships with local, regional and national employers, participate in campus branding, and collaborate with Career Services staff to align opportunities with graduate availability.

Qualifications

• Associates Degree in business or sales field, or 2+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and creative prospecting abilities.
• Ability to work independently with sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain sustainable employer relationships to increase student employment opportunities.
• Develop community involvement to support campus branding.
• Attend weekly Career Services meetings to align goals with graduate availability.
• Identify job leads and orders through cold-calls and meetings.
• Follow up with employers after graduate interviews for feedback.
• Communicate interview feedback daily with Career Services leadership.
• Document employer meetings, leads, and orders in CampusVue.
• Collaborate with Career Coaches to match opportunities with graduates.
• Submit Daily Activity Reports and weekly Expense Reports.
