Rhodes College is seeking an Associate Director of Employer Relations to lead employer partnerships and enhance career opportunities for students. This role includes managing high-impact engagements and coordinating on-campus recruiting events while collaborating with alumni, faculty, and staff.

The ideal candidate will have a Master's degree and at least 5 years of relevant experience in career services, possessing strong networking skills and a collaborative mindset. This is a full-time, in-person position with occasional travel and evening/weekend commitments.

Qualifications

• 5 years of experience in career services, workforce development, university relations or recruiting.
• Demonstrated success in networking and relationship management.
• Understanding of recruiting and hiring trends in higher education.
