NC State University’s Career Development Center seeks an Employer Relations Coordinator in Raleigh, NC. This external-facing role advances employer engagement, builds partnerships, and connects students and alumni with opportunities across corporate, nonprofit, and public sectors, including internships and co-ops.

Reporting to the Director of Employer Relations, you will manage employer registrations, coordinate on-campus events, and expand experiential learning opportunities while maintaining

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills advantageous.
• Experience working with university students, employers, and alumni is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with employers to support student recruitment.
• Review and approve employer registrations and postings in the career system.
• Coordinate employer information sessions, on-campus interviews, and events.
• Expand experiential learning opportunities and manage campus recruiting logistics.
• Maintain employer communications and contribute to strategic initiatives.
