Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Business, HR, Communications or related field.
• 1 year work experience in recruiting, staffing, HR, counseling or business.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong organizational, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service mindset and professional presentation.
• Ability to collaborate with internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound connect activity to maintain graduate communication.
• Provide guidance to students and graduates with professional standards.
• Coordinate resume preparation, interview techniques, job search/research sessions.
• Collect graduate employment criteria to tailor employment assistance.
• Offer one-on-one coaching sessions with students and graduates.
• Assist proactive job search with leads and online application aid.
• Conduct employer outreach to identify opportunities for students/graduates.
• Support Employment Verification documents and data entry in records.
• Maintain student records and ensure regulatory/accreditation compliance.
