Texas State Technical College (TSTC) is seeking an Open Enrollment Manager to grow its lifelong learning portfolio across a region. You will build and manage partnerships with community organizations, government agencies, and workforce partners to expand access to skills training and drive enrollment.

The role includes portfolio oversight, market analysis, and collaboration with marketing and operations to ensure program performance and student outcomes, with a competitive salary range.

Competenze

• Associate's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Workforce Development, or a related field.
• 4 years of business development or workforce solutions experience.
• 3 years of experience managing budgets, comprehensive projects, and evaluation methods.
• Preferred: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Workforce Development, or a related field.
• Experience developing continuing education, workforce training, or open enrollment programs.

Mansioni

• Manages a regional portfolio of open enrollment programs with accountability for enrollment growth, revenue generation, financial performance, program effectiveness, and job placement outcomes.
• Develops and manages relationships with community-based organizations, nonprofit organizations, government agencies, workforce development entities, and other referral partners to create sustainable student pipelines.
• Analyzes local and regional workforce needs, labor market trends, employer demand, student interests, and industry developments to identify opportunities for portfolio growth.
• Collaborates with marketing, recruitment, and institutional partners to develop and execute outreach and enrollment strategies that increase participation and expand awareness of Open Enrollment programs.
• Coordinates across campuses and departments to support consistent execution of open enrollment initiatives and achievement of enrollment, workforce development, and student success objectives.
• Maintains accurate information in CRM, project tracking, and institutional systems to support partnership management and program performance; analyzes KPIs to inform recommendations.
