Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required; 4 years in business development, strategic account management, or workforce solutions.
• 3 years experience managing budgets, projects, and evaluation methods.
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree; experience developing continuing education or open enrollment programs.
• Experience building community partnerships and student recruitment pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Open Enrollment Portfolio Management: manage regional programs and growth, revenue, and outcomes.
• Partnership Development & Student Pipelines: build relationships with community partners to create sustainable pipelines.
• Market Analysis & Portfolio Growth: analyze labor market needs and opportunities for portfolio expansion.
• Enrollment, Outreach & Student Access: coordinate outreach to increase participation and reduce barriers.
• Program Coordination & Operational Readiness: plan targets, scheduling, resources, and cross-campus coordination.
• Performance Analytics & Continuous Improvement: track KPIs and drive portfolio improvements.
