• Minimum of 3 years of experience in job development or sales roles.
• 1–2 years of experience navigating public systems and addressing barriers.

• Develop and maintain strategic employer relationships across sectors to promote employment opportunities for participants.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute employer engagement activities and hiring events.
• Prepare participants for interviews through coaching, resume refinement, and mock interviews.
• Track placements and collaborate with program teams to support retention and advancement.
• Ensure accurate documentation of activities and outcomes for DHS reporting.
