The Fedcap Group is seeking a Job Developer to build and maintain relationships with employers to create unsubsidized employment opportunities for WeCARE participants. You will conduct outreach, field visits, and recruitment strategies to connect job seekers with employers.

You will assess participant skills, announce leads, and work with workforce facilitators to follow up on interviews, aiming for steady placements and compliance with reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• Requires associate degree in social work or related field; bachelor’s preferred.
• Minimum 1 year of job development/placement experience in public or private sector.
• English-Spanish bilingual preferred; strong sales and public relations experience valued.

Responsabilités

• Identify, develop and maintain employer relationships to create unsubsidized employment opportunities.
• Meet and engage participants to assess skills and present them to employers.
• Secure unsubsidized placements (min 14 per month) with 20+ hours per week at or above minimum wage.
• Produce weekly reports of outreach activities and input data into SEAMS and FedcapCARES.
