Job summary

The Fedcap Group in New York, NY seeks an Education & Training Coordinator to cultivate partnerships with education, training, and AE providers, and to coordinate client referrals to achieve educational and employment goals.

You will support wraparound services, track metrics, and ensure program compliance with funders’ expectations, while coordinating with Case Managers and providers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Services or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Experience with public assistance recipients and related challenges preferred.
• Experience in job development, employer relations, or workforce development.
• Bilingual - Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage relationships with education, training, and AE providers and know referral pathways.
• Conduct client consultations and referrals under supervision, expanding referrals.
• Maintain 95% documentation accuracy learning program processes.
• Independently manage provider relationships and client referrals to hit monthly targets.
• Meet monthly reporting requirements and maintain KPI standards.
