The University Career Center at UT Dallas is seeking a skilled Special Programs Coordinator to lead employer relations and recruiting event coordination, focusing on small to mid-sized employers. You will design outreach strategies, manage event logistics, and enhance the employer experience to build strong partnerships.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in employer relations or recruiting, a bachelor's degree, and experience with event programs and CRM platforms such as 12Twenty.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• 3–5 years supporting programs, projects, or equivalent.
• Experience in employer relations, recruiting or business development preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and refine recruiting events including multi-industry career fairs.
• Coordinate Just in Time and Niche Career Fairs each semester.
• Develop outreach strategies for small and mid-sized employers.
• Serve as main liaison for employer partners from outreach to follow-up.
• Utilize 12Twenty and CRM to manage employer accounts and postings.
• Collaborate with marketing to drive awareness and attendance.
• Analyze data to inform improvements.
• Foster partnerships with campus departments and regional organizations.
