Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, PR, English, or related field.
• Experience in employer brand, internal communications, or talent brand.
• Exceptional writing and storytelling; adapt messaging for audiences.
• Experience building communication strategies and calendars.
• Experience with digital marketing platforms and analytics.
• Knowledge of SEO, paid social, and audience targeting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute employer brand strategy aligned with business priorities.
• Refine and articulate the EVP across recruiting, onboarding, and employee comms.
• Partner with Talent Acquisition to support recruiting through talent marketing campaigns.
