Job summary

PowerGrid Services is seeking a Communications Lead to develop and execute strategic internal and external communications across the company and its family of businesses. You will write, edit, and shape messaging that reflects our brand, culture, safety values, and business goals, partnering with executives and cross-functional teams to translate complex topics into clear stories.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, English, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, internal communications, journalism, content development, or a related communications role.

Responsibilities

Write, edit, and coordinate enterprise communications across the organization.
Develop communication plans, messaging frameworks, talking points, FAQs, and leadership communications.
Create employee announcements, organizational updates, presentations, video scripts, intranet content, newsletters, and other communications.
Interview leaders and subject matter experts to gather content and develop authentic stories.
Adapt messaging for diverse audiences including employees, customers, industry partners, media, and stakeholders.
Ensure consistency in company voice, tone, terminology, and messaging.
