Job summary

Engineering Economics, Inc. (EEI) is seeking an Internal Communications Manager in the Denver area. The role partners with executives and People Services to align priorities across the organization and reinforce EEI's mission, values, and ownership culture.

You will lead enterprise-wide communications, craft leadership messaging, and support change initiatives while ensuring consistency and engagement across teams. This is a critical, high-impact role at a growing, employee-owned firm.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
• 5+ years in internal/corporate/executive communications, change management or PR.
• Exceptional written, verbal, presentation, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience developing communication strategies, plans, and executive messaging.
• Strong project management and organization to handle multiple priorities.
