Job summary

Corteva Agriscience is seeking an Employee Relations Representative to support the Human Resources People Relations team in a hybrid Midland, MI setting. You will provide day-to-day guidance on employee matters, partner with leaders nationwide, and help resolve cases with confidentiality and strategic insight.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years in HR with employee or labor relations, including union environment experience. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; minimum 5+ years HR experience with employee relations or consulting experience.
• Experience in a union environment; ability to negotiate and draft LOUs and labor agreements strongly preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication across levels within an organization.
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to build relationships remotely.
• Proven ability to maintain confidentiality and manage multiple priorities.
• Advanced computer skills with MS Office applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, SharePoint).

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day guidance on employee matters to Leaders across the United States, Canada and Puerto Rico.
• Provide strategic Employee Relations support, thought partnership, and coaching to all levels of the organization.
• Triage employee relations casework and identify solutions.
• Investigate colleague complaints maintaining confidentiality.
• Support leaders in involuntary separation processes.
• Interpret HR policies and labor agreements and advise accordingly.
• Support negotiation, drafting, and execution of LOUs and interim labor agreements.
• Contribute to HR projects and programs as assigned.
