Job summary

Option Care Health is seeking an Employee Relations Specialist to resolve employee relations matters, address performance issues, and investigate complaints in line with company values. You will work with leaders across the organization, review disciplinary actions in Workday, and ensure compliance with federal and state labor laws.

Travel up to 10% is required. Preferred candidates hold PHR/SPHR or SHRM credentials and will help strengthen policies, training, and fair treatment across teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development or a related field.
• Five years of experience in human resource roles with at least two years in Employee Relations.
• Knowledge of state and federal employment laws (Title VI, ADA, FMLA, FLSA, ADEA).

Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve sensitive employee concerns and workplace conflicts.
• Review disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans in Workday.
• Provide guidance to leaders on policy violations, disability and leaves.
• Conduct exit interviews and report on ER activity.
• Assist in policy interpretation and training to reduce risk.
• Coordinate with Legal Counsel on ER issues and attend mediations.
