Fresenius Medical Care in the United States seeks an Employee Relations professional to manage investigations, coach field managers and regional leaders, and support a broad range of HR functions across the organization.

This role partners with Center of Excellence and Shared Services to implement HR programs, ensure regulatory compliance, and uphold company values. Travel up to 10% may be required as part of field support.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 3–5 years in direct Employee Relations roles with HR Generalist experience
• Strong business acumen including financial awareness to support leaders
• Extensive knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws including leaves and accommodations
• Ability to manage a high volume caseload with competing priorities
• Uncompromising commitment to confidentiality, integrity and privacy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Position may require travel including overnights (up to 10%)

Aufgaben

• Handles a wide range of employee relations matters including investigations, performance management, attendance, leaves of absence, and policy adherence
• Identifies root causes in employee engagement and provides conflict resolution
• Provides guidance in accordance with regulatory requirements and company policies
• Advises on performance management plans and progressive discipline in collaboration with Legal/Compliance
• Supports adaption of employee programs through guidance and direction
• Follows SLAs, documents thoroughly, and escalates as needed
• Provides emergency response and crisis management support to employees
