Job summary

Fresenius Medical Care seeks an experienced Employee Relations professional to manage investigations and provide coaching to field managers and staff. The role partners with CoE and Shared Services to administer HR programs in line with policies, laws, and company values. 10% travel is required.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in employee relations, a solid HR Generalist background, and strong communication and confidentiality, to support performance management and dispute resolution.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years in direct Employee Relations roles.
• Experience in HR Generalist functions in a large organization.
• Knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws.

Responsibilities

• Handles a wide range of employee relations matters, including investigations and coaching.
• Identifies root causes in employee engagement and provides conflict resolution.
• Advises on performance management, progressive discipline, and documentation.
• Collaborates with Legal and Compliance on high-risk case reviews.
• Ensures timely responses, proper case documentation and reporting.
• Supports employee programs and adheres to SLAs.
