Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Workforce Relations Consultant to lead employee relations and equal employment processes across the organization in New Jersey. You will identify behaviors, incidents, and consequences, review disciplinary actions, and provide sound recommendations while adhering to policies and grievance procedures.

The role focuses on trend analysis, development needs, quality service, teamwork, and participation in performance improvement efforts, reporting to the Director of People

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required; Labor Relations experience preferred.
• In lieu of the degree, at least 3-5 years of Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement employee relations and equal employment processes.
• Review disciplinary actions and assessment tools to identify trends and developmental needs.
• Provide quality customer service and support performance improvement efforts.
• Demonstrate teamwork and cooperation and adhere to policies and procedures.
