Job summary

AtlantiCare is seeking a Workforce Relations Consultant to lead and implement employee relations and the equal employment process. You will identify behaviors and incidents within employee relations issues, provide sound recommendations, and ensure policy adherence.

You will review disciplinary actions and evaluation tools to spot trends and development needs, supporting teamwork and organizational goals with a strong focus on service excellence and compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field required; Labor Relations experience preferred.
• In lieu of the degree, at least 3-5 years of Employee Relations and/or Labor Relations experience required.
• 1-3 years human resources experience required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and implement the employee relations and equal employment process.
