Job summary

FDH Aero seeks a Manager, HR Systems & Analytics to lead a hands-on HR technology and analytics team. You will govern HR systems, maintain data accuracy, and deliver executive dashboards translating workforce data into clear business recommendations.

Ideal candidates will have 8+ years in HRIS/analytics, proficiency with ADP WFN or CSOD, and experience guiding HR tech projects, with a focus on privacy, security, and scalable data architecture.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8+ years of HRIS and/or people analytics experience.
• Hands-on administration of enterprise HCM platforms (ADP WFN or CSOD).
• Experience leading HR technology projects and teams.
• Knowledge of data privacy and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HR Systems & Analytics team and set priorities.
• Govern HR systems governance, change control, and security roles.
• Develop executive dashboards and HR insights for leadership and Board.
• Oversee integrations and LMS/HR platforms across the org.
• Own data architecture and ensure reliable, secure data flows.
