Job summary

RTX Communications is seeking a Manager, Employee Engagement Communications to lead strategic internal communications for three Collins SBUs. The role develops storytelling, messaging and briefing materials, distributes newsletters, coordinates town halls, and supports executive communication, while collaborating with COEs to standardize content across SBUs.

The ideal candidate is a top writer and strategist with strong project management skills, able to partner with global leads on campaign

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Communications or related field with 8+ years of experience.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and social communication skills.
• Attention to detail, urgency, strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Demonstrated storytelling ability and familiarity with AP writing style.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic partner supporting the SBU Employee Engagement Communications Lead.
• Lead employee communications planning for three Collins SBUs.
• Inform and engage employees on RTX-wide campaigns and Collins initiatives.
• Draft routine communications such as town hall invites and leadership messages.
• Manage newsletter strategy and content calendar for assigned SBUs.
