Job summary

RTX Corporation is seeking a Manager, Employee Engagement Communications, to act as the SBU employee engagement communications lead. You will develop, lead and execute integrated communications plans aligned to product and employee initiatives, including storytelling, messaging, newsletters, town halls, and executive support.

The ideal candidate is a creative, driven strategic communicator with client and project management experience, capable of collaborating across COEs and with global leads

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications or related field.
• Experience with internal communications strategies and strong written/verbal/social communication skills.
• Attention to detail, urgency, strong work ethic and positive attitude.
• Able to manage time and meet deadlines, adaptable to change.

Responsibilities

• Serve as strategic communications partner for the SBU Employee Engagement Communications Lead.
• Lead employee communications planning and execution for three Collins SBUs.
• Draft routine communications including town hall invites and leadership messages.
• Manage newsletter strategy and content calendar for assigned SBUs.
• Oversee internal storytelling for the company intranet and related content.
• Develop communications plans aligned to initiatives and campaigns with metrics.
