Job summary

RTX Corporate Communications seeks a dynamic leader to manage Military Engines Communications, driving strategy, messaging, and executive support across fighter and mobility programs. You will craft narratives, oversee editorial planning, and guide campaigns with cross-functional teams.

You will also shape leadership communications, support digital media efforts, and coordinate high-profile initiatives, ensuring alignment with corporate objectives.

Qualifications

• University degree and 8+ years relevant experience, or advanced degree and 5+ years.
• Proven expertise in strategic communications: narrative development, brand strategy, executive communications.
• Operational and campaign leadership: budget oversight, project management, cross-functional initiatives.
• Digital experience: broad understanding of social media platforms and digital channels.
• Interpersonal excellence: ability to build relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead Military Engines Fighter & Mobility Communications, supporting campaigns and objectives.
• Develop and execute a comprehensive Military Engines Communications plan and narrative.
• Manage the Military Engines Editorial plan for campaigns and other communications.
• Provide executive communications support including speechwriting and presentations.
• Support Military Engines LinkedIn strategy and audience engagement across platforms.
• Lead planning and execution of special campaigns promoting Military Engines programs.
