Job summary

Element Risk Management seeks an ambitious Employee Benefits Producer to drive new business development and expand our employee benefits practice. You will advise business owners, CFOs, HR leaders, and financial decision makers on benefits strategies and programs.

The role requires strong sales, consultative skills, and a track record of building long-term client relationships in employee benefits.

Qualifications

• Active Pennsylvania Life & Health Insurance License (or ability to obtain immediately).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in employee benefits sales, insurance brokerage, or related consulting field.
• Proven track record of new business development and relationship management.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Strong organization and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM platforms.

Responsibilities

• Develop a strategic plan for generating new employee benefits business.
• Prospect and cultivate relationships with business owners, CFOs, HR executives, and other key decision makers.
• Conduct client discovery meetings to identify benefits, compliance, and workforce challenges.
• Design and present employee benefits solutions including Medical, Vision, Group Life, Disability, Voluntary Benefits, Wellness Programs.
• Coordinate with carriers and internal teams to develop competitive benefit programs.
• Deliver client presentations, proposals, and enrollment strategies.
