BBSI is seeking an Employee Benefits Consultant in Los Angeles to guide and support business-owner clients and internal teams with the master benefits program. You will tailor benefit packages, provide strategic guidance, and help drive adoption and engagement across worksite employees.

The role requires strong benefits knowledge, relationship management, and presenters’ skills, with travel up to 25% when needed. This is a full-time exempt position reporting to the Benefits Consultant Manager.

Qualifikationen

• 8+ years hands-on employee benefits experience with brokers or agencies.
• Strong knowledge of benefits principles, regulations, underwriting concepts, and carrier contracts.

Aufgaben

• Provide guidance and support to business-owner clients and internal teams on master benefits programs.
• Balance account management with new client acquisition for BBSI Benefits.
• Engage with branches, brokers, and underwriters to tailor benefits packages and ensure compliance.
