BBSI is seeking a seasoned HR Consultant to guide and support business-owner clients and internal teams. You will apply strong business acumen with HR expertise to deliver strategic human capital solutions across multi-client engagements.

Candidate should demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, legal compliance knowledge, and the ability to develop best practices while traveling extensively to client sites.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of HR principles and employment laws.
• Ability to benchmark and measure ROI of HR initiatives.
• 10+ years' HR management experience.
• Ability to become a trusted advisor to business owners.
• Willingness to travel 80% locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to client HR teams.
• Develop best practices in HR across client accounts.
• Partner with Area Manager and internal teams.
• Deliver presentations and trainings to client groups.
• Travel to client locations ~80%.
