Job summary

BBSI is seeking an experienced HR Consultant to guide business-owner clients and internal teams in strategic human capital management. You will deliver training, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with area managers to support a multi-client HR operation.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in HR, strong presentation skills, and experience expanding HR capabilities within organizations. This full-time role involves extensive field work and collaboration with clients at their locations.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of HR principles and employment laws; stays current on regulations impacting clients.
• 10+ years' experience in hands-on and strategic HR management.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus.
• SPHR or PHR strongly preferred.
• Fluent in English; Spanish a plus.
• Proficient in creating and delivering HR trainings and presentations.
• Experience building or expanding an HR function is a plus.
• Proven ability to collaborate with diverse clients and teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and support to business-owner clients and internal teams.
• Develop and deliver trainings on HR best practices and policy compliance.
• Collaborate with Area Manager and other units to drive client success.
• Lead HR-related projects across multi-client accounts.
