Foundation Risk Partners is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Manager to support the Corporate Synergies team in the Philly Metro Region. The role focuses on delivering day-to-day service activities to support Sales, Account Management and Underwriting while retaining and growing the client book of business.

Responsibilities include coordinating onboarding, renewal delivery, strategic planning with the team, reporting, and maintaining client files in line with data standards.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1–3 years experience in health and welfare/employee benefits
• Licensure/certification – State Resident Life & Health License required

Responsabilidades

• Manage client lifecycle deliverables with oversight to ensure retention of a Book of Business.
• Support multi-year strategic plans and annual service delivery calendars.
• Prepare reports and maintain client files in accordance with data standards.
• Develop and maintain client/vendor relationships and resolve inquiries.
