Job summary

Alliant Insurance Services is seeking a seasoned sales and service professional to manage a mid-market book of business and lead a service team. This role focuses on servicing assigned accounts, developing new business from Producers, and presenting renewal analyses to clients.

You will act as a primary contact from lead to renewal, promote additional lines of coverage, and negotiate with carriers while managing vendor relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Eight (8) or more years related work experience.
• Valid Insurance License.
• Continuing Education requirements for license renewal must be maintained.

Responsibilities

• Serves as an agent of Producer assigned accounts, including servicing and solicitation.
• Manages book of business and directs the service team.
• Develops new business leads from Producers or cross-sell opportunities.
• Acts as the primary contact for clients from lead to renewal.
• Prepares and presents renewal analyses and proposals.
• Negotiates with carriers for coverage and premium considerations.
• Oversees third party vendor relationships and contracts on behalf of the client.
