Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• 7+ years of client service experience in health and welfare/employee benefits.
• Experience presenting in front of clients.
• Strong knowledge of group benefits and risk management.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients through proactive initiatives.
• Understand client requirements and provide strategic planning and consulting.
• Prepare and present RFPs, coordinate vendor responses, and deliver client reports with recommendations.
• Consult with clients on options, services, fees, strategies and goals.
• Review large claims, utilization trends, and monthly experience with clients.
• Develop and maintain relationships with carriers and broker networks.
• Coordinate market selection for new and renewal business on accounts.
• Assist with day-to-day administrative activities for client accounts.
• Negotiate program terms and costs.
• Mentor and train junior staff.
• Research industry trends, regulations and product developments.
• Collaborate with team to achieve goals and deliver results.
