Hotchkiss Insurance in Lubbock, TX, is seeking an Employee Benefits Account Executive to manage an assigned book of business, ensure client satisfaction, and coordinate with consultants to deliver proactive service.

The role requires 5+ years in Group Benefits, Texas Life & Health license, and the ability to work independently; bilingual English/Spanish preferred. Hybrid work with 2–3 days in the office.

Formación

• 5+ years of Group Benefits experience in agency or carrier settings.
• Bare minimum: exceptional client relations and independent work ability.
• Texas Life & Health license required; keep CE hours current.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee client relationship and service tasks, coordinate with team to meet deliverables.
• Understand clients’ insurance objectives and compare plans.
• Serve as liaison between clients and carriers, TPAs, and vendors to resolve issues.
• Educate and advise clients on benefits, including implementation and benchmarking.
• Lead client meetings, document conversations, and prepare management reports.
• Contribute to projects advancing the Employee Benefits team.
