Job summary

Microwave Products Group—Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH, a Dover Corporation company, is seeking a skilled Planner to schedule and coordinate manufacturing activities for an assigned product line. You will analyze part shortages, support design reviews, and help optimize material flow using Kanban and pull systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in business-related field required or equivalent
APICS certification preferred or substituted with experience
Experience in electronics industry planning preferred
Strong data analysis capabilities and attention to detail

Responsibilities

Schedule and plan manufacturing activities for assigned product lines
Analyze part shortages and communicate with Materials Manager
Support design reviews and new product launches
Lead material flow improvements (Kanban, batch flow)
Prepare production plans, BOMs, and master schedules
Monitor production times and variances; adjust schedules
Communicate with internal/external customers and stakeholders
Support AS9100/ISO9001 quality initiatives
Lead special projects and measure schedule adherence
