Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation, part of the Microwave Products Group within Dover Corporation, is seeking a detail-oriented Planner to coordinate manufacturing schedules and material flow for a defined product line in West Chester, OH. You will support design reviews, new product launches, and continuous improvement projects across the supply chain.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or higher in a business-related field with planning experience.
APICS certification preferred; strong ERP/MRP and analytics skills.
Experience in electronics industry is a plus; attention to detail essential.

Responsibilities

Plan and schedule manufacturing activities for assigned product line.
Communicate part shortages and material flow improvements.
Support design reviews, new product launches, and kaizen activities.
Maintain inventory targets and ensure timely production schedules.
Lead meetings, track action items, and update planning data in the system.
