Job summary

Dover Corporation's Microwave Products Group – Pole/Zero in West Chester, OH, seeks a Planner to schedule and plan manufacturing activities for assigned product lines, coordinating with Materials, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain leaders.

The role emphasizes optimizing material flow, Kanban, and level-loading schedules, with focus on ERP/MRP systems, lean practices, and cross-functional collaboration to meet delivery commitments.

Qualifications

• Must be a US person (US Citizen or Permanent Resident)
• Bachelor’s degree in business related field and 1–5 years planning experience in electronics industry preferred
• Associate’s degree with APICS certification and 6 years planning experience in electronics industry may be substituted for the bachelor’s degree
• In lieu of degree, 10 years planning experience in electronics industry may be substituted

Responsibilities

• Analyzes and communicates part shortages to Materials Manager and buyers prior to design reviews
• Plans and schedules sub-assemblies and finished goods priorities through production operations
• Maintains adequate inventory levels of finished components, WIP and raw materials
• Updates operating system data timely and accurately
• Facilitates product line production status meetings
