Job summary

Pole/Zero Corporation in West Chester, OH is seeking a Planner to schedule and manage manufacturing activities for an assigned product line. You will collaborate with Materials, Manufacturing, and Engineering to ensure on-time delivery and optimal material flow.

The role emphasizes data-driven planning, capacity analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives, including Kanban and lean practices, with a focus on meeting production targets within the electronics industry.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business related field; 1–5 years planning experience in electronics preferred
• Associate's degree with APICS certification may substitute for Bachelor's
• In lieu of degrees, extensive planning experience in electronics may substitute

Responsibilities

• Analyze part shortages and communicate to Materials Manager before design reviews
• Plan, schedule and communicate sub-assemblies and finished goods priorities
• Develop detailed schedules, material requirements lists and production plans
• Support Kanban, batch flow and other pull systems to optimize material flow
• Assist with capacity, cycle times, takt and lead time analyses and reporting
