Job summary

TechPro Power Group Inc is seeking a Sales Executive for Potomac Testing to grow and manage customer relationships in the electrical services sector across TX and surrounding markets.

You will cultivate existing accounts, identify new business, prepare quotes, respond to RFIs/RFPs, and collaborate with operations to ensure service delivery. Travel within territory as needed; maintain CRM records and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related field is preferred.
• 4–7+ years of technical sales experience in electrical services.
• Strong background in electrical services, with NETA or similar experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with established customers to uncover new business opportunities and expand existing accounts.
• Identify and target potential new customers across Construction, Commercial, Data Centers, Energy Services Companies, and Industrial sectors.
• Promote and implement new growth initiatives for Potomac Testing.
• Close sales efficiently, aligning with sales goals and customer budgets.
• Provide market feedback including competitor pricing, products, and programs to management.
• Travel throughout the sales territory as needed to engage with customers and prospects.
• Manage and strengthen customer relationships for long-term satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain accurate CRM records, including prospective close dates, won/lost information, and potential sales figures.
• Report progress and market insights to Management.
• Assist in collecting payments if necessary.
• Collaborate with operations to ensure seamless execution of service solutions.
