Job summary

Potomac Testing is seeking a Sales Executive to strategically grow and manage business relationships in the electrical services industry across Texas. The role focuses on expanding existing accounts, targeting new customers in Construction, Data Centers, and Industrial sectors, and promoting growth initiatives within the Potomac Testing portfolio.

The ideal candidate has 4–7+ years of technical sales experience in electrical services, strong knowledge of NETA testing, and excellent communication

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree preferred in business, marketing or related field; relevant experience may offset degree.
• 4–7+ years in a technical sales role within electrical services.
• Strong background in electrical services; NETA or similar experience preferred.
• Experience reading electrical drawings & project specs; capable of preparing quotes & responding to RFIs/RFPs.
• Self-motivated with a proven sales track record; excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships with existing customers to uncover new business opportunities and expand accounts.
• Identify and target potential new customers across Construction, Commercial, Data Centers, Energy Services, and Industrial sectors.
• Promote and implement growth initiatives for Potomac Testing.
• Close sales aligned with goals and customer budgets; provide market feedback to management.
• Maintain CRM records with close dates, won/lost status, and potential sales figures; travel as needed.
