Eaton’s North America Sales division seeks an Executive Outside Sales Engineer within 50 miles of Oklahoma City, OK. The role focuses on marketing and selling Eaton’s electrical distribution and controls products, managing a customer base, and growing local sales with engineering support.

Responsibilities include developing sales plans, negotiating pricing, and presenting products to customers. Travel up to 10% of the time, with a compensation range disclosed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum seven (7) years of electrical industry sales experience.
• Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license.
• Ability to travel 10% of the time.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position and no relocation benefit is offered.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute sales plans to meet performance expectations.
• Quote projects and negotiate pricing.
• Prepare sales presentations to create product understanding and awareness.
• Build relationships with key customers for long-term prospects.
• Coordinate with factories to resolve technical issues and address quality concerns.
• Canvas the market to anticipate pricing and delivery changes.
• Assist team in developing a coordinated sales effort and inform management of market conditions.
• Receive ongoing training on functional and technical skills.
