TT Electronics seeks a hands-on HSE Manager to lead health, safety, and environmental programs at our Minnesota site. You will drive compliance, incident investigations, risk reduction, and continuous improvement while partnering with leadership to embed safety into daily operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Health & Safety or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in manufacturing or industrial safety programs.
• Certifications such as OHST/CSP/ASP preferred.

Responsabilités

• Lead site HSE programs to ensure a safe, compliant, and sustainable workplace.
• Manage OSHA, EPA, state and local regulations and company HSE policies.
• Conduct audits, inspections, risk assessments, and incident investigations, with corrective actions tracked.
• Foster a strong safety culture and employee engagement on the floor.
