Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, the Sciences, Environmental Engineering or related field.
• 10+ years’ experience managing the EHS function in an industrial environment.
• In depth experience with Environmental Permitting, State and Federal EHS Regulations and Safety management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure CARBO facilities comply with environmental, health and safety regulations (MSHA, OSHA, EPA).
• Oversee EHS regulatory permitting and reporting (air, water, waste, incidents).
• Coordinate sustainability activities including emissions tracking and climate-related risks.
• Lead product stewardship and hazard communication for CARBO products.
• Interface with regulatory agencies and business leaders to direct EHS efforts.
• Direct the annual EH&S budget planning and program improvements.
