AbbVie is seeking an experienced EHS Program Manager to develop, implement, and maintain environmental, health, and safety programs across operations in the United States. You will assess risk, create policies, training materials, and drive continuous improvements to reduce liability and ensure regulatory compliance.

The role requires strong collaboration with cross-functional teams, data-driven decision making, and effective communication with stakeholders.

Formación

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in EHS/Engineering with relevant experience.
• Experience implementing EHS regulations and conducting incident investigations.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsabilidades

• Align and integrate the EHS strategy with the organization's mission, goals, and strategies.
• Monitor regulatory requirements and implement compliant programs.
• Monitor EHS trends and develop recommendations for input into the EHS LRP.
• Develop training materials to meet learner or business needs.
• Make timely decisions and negotiate agreements acceptable to all parties.
• Identify and promote process improvements to strengthen the EHS function and reduce risk.
• Assess and quantify EHS risks and implement appropriate actions.
• Communicate compliance status, KPIs, trends, and business impact to stakeholders.
• Conduct incident investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Lead or participate on cross-functional teams to meet EHS objectives.
