Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in EHS/Engineering with 5+ years of related experience OR Master’s Degree with 3+ years of related experience.
• EHS/Engineering certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities with strong communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead deployment, maturity, integration, and continuous improvement of the North Chicago Manufacturing EHS Management System.
• Align programs with Global EHS Standards and regulatory expectations.
• Establish governance to monitor health, maturity, and performance of programs.
• Coordinate a network of EHS Program Leads across the site.
• Define roles, responsibilities, and accountability for EHS owners and process owners.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration for consistent implementation.
• Support audit readiness and post-audit improvement activities.
