Job summary

Transco Rail Services, part of Marmon Holdings and Berkshire Hathaway, seeks a transformational Senior Director, Environmental, Health & Safety to lead enterprise-wide EHS strategy across North America. You will drive environmental compliance, safety culture, risk management, and regulatory governance for a growing rail services network.

You will report to the Senior Vice President of Operations and build world-class systems, develop leaders, and elevate performance across multiple facilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Safety, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive EHS leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading multi-site industrial or transportation operations.
• Strong knowledge of OSHA, EPA regulations and risk management.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise-wide EHS strategy across North America.
• Drive environmental compliance, safety culture, and risk management.
• Oversee regulatory governance and incident investigation processes.
• Develop leaders and build world-class EHS systems.
