Job summary

GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead EHSS strategy across manufacturing facilities and field operations in the USA. You will partner with Supply, Sales, Operations, and HR to embed safety-by-design and drive Human & Organizational Performance improvements.

The role requires 7–10 years of EHS leadership experience in high-risk environments, a Bachelor's in EHS, and CSP or CMIOSH certification.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of direct EHS experience in manufacturing and field teams.
• Bachelor's degree in EHS and CSP or CMIOSH certification.
• Expertise in OSHA compliance, environmental regulations, risk assessment, and ISO 14001/45001.

• Execute regional EHSS strategies.
• Oversee incident learning reviews and sustainability reporting.
• Support risk-based assurance programs.
