Job summary

Industrial Metal Supply Co. seeks an Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to lead and oversee EHS programs nationwide. You will drive strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner with operations leadership to embed safety and environmental practices.

The role requires 3–7 years of EHS experience, multi-site leadership, and travel up to 25%. Bachelor's degree preferred, CSP/CIH a plus. Mostly onsite with occasional remote tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–7 years of progressive EHS experience, including leadership.
• Experience coordinating multi-site EHS programs.
• Knowledge of CAL-OSHA, OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
• Travel up to 25% across the U.S.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor EHS Safety Committee Reps across multiple U.S. locations.
• Standardize branch safety meetings and participate in audits.
• Develop and implement EHS policies and training programs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations.
• Drive proactive safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate with CFO/COO on safety initiatives.
• Investigate incidents and lead root-cause analyses.
• Maintain EHS records and regulatory filings.
