Job summary

GS2 | B Corp™ is seeking an Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) Manager to lead EHSS strategy across manufacturing facilities and field operations in the USA. You will partner with Supply, Sales, Operations, and HR to embed safety-by-design and drive Human & Organizational Performance improvements.

The role requires 7–10 years of EHS leadership experience in high-risk environments, a Bachelor's in EHS, and CSP or CMIOSH certification.

A pivotal and high-impact position has arisen for an EHS Manager to join a premier global industrial engineering organisation. Acting as a strategic business partner reporting directly to the General Manager of Supply and Manufacturing USA, you will serve as a key member of the regional Supply and Sales leadership teams. You will oversee EHSS strategy, risk management, and compliance across manufacturing facilities and field operating units throughout the USA.

• Hold a Bachelor's degree in EHS (or related field) and Certified Safety Professional (CSP) or CMIOSH status.
• Demonstrate deep expertise in OSHA compliance, environmental regulations, risk assessment, machine safety, and ISO 14001/45001 management systems.
• Exhibit an authentic leadership style with the ability to influence without direct authority, coach leaders, and drive adoption of Human & Organizational Performance principles.
• Execute regional EHSS strategies, conduct risk assurance programs, oversee incident learning reviews, and support sustainability reporting across the USA.
